We design and implement a conflict management system for specific organizational units or for an entire organization. The conflict management system can be integrated with existing structures and governance processes. Unlike a case by case solution, the conflict management system includes the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive concept for a structured and sustainable way to handle conflicts in an organization. The concept focusses on a holistic approach to conflict management and includes solution oriented and preventive measures. We develop appropriate, practical and strategical conflict management processes to ensure constructive working relationships, provide conflict resolution skills and foster a culture of taking care about conflicts.
Once the conflict management system has been implemented, we provide a single point of contact in case of conflict. We assess each situation and, if feasable, conduct an appropriate conflict resolution process. The aim of the conflict resolution process is to build or restore constructive working relations. At the end of every month, you will receive an insightful report including valuable recommendations for improving organizational potential.
The conflict resolution process can be conducted with two or more conflict parties, as well as groups who have a dispute (for example departments that have clashed with each other).
After a consulting session and the agreement on the basic design of the conflict management system we will provide a cost estimate. Costs and payment terms will be agreed in a framework agreement.
Each participant will need a stable internet connection and a PC, laptop or tablet with camera and microphone. If a tablet is used, an app will need to be installed on the device. There is no need for a complicated login procedure or account creation. We use the video conferencing application Zoom (www.zoom.us).
A precise description of services will be specified in the framework agreement. Usually the following services are included:
